We are looking to continue our expansion and to build on our phenomenal success with the appointment of additional Trainee Recruitment Consultants to be based in our offices on Charlotte Street, Central London



Job Description



To work proactively and intelligently to gather the key skills and knowledge required to be a successful consultant - able to meet and exceed monthly set targets through business development, account management and sales negotiation. Main tasks:

- Generating new business through warm and cold calling as required

- Building relationships with both clients and candidates

- Maximizing sales revenue generated from accounts

- Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources including database searches and advertising ensuring that every requirement is resourced for and filled efficiently

- Writing job descriptions and specifications

- Interviewing candidates through competency-based interviewing techniques, mainly by telephone; arranging and administering appropriate tests / language tests etc



Person Specification



You must:

- speak English to native standard

- speak at least one other language preferably: Dutch, German, Flemish, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

- have first-rate communication skills both written and orally

- have the ability to negotiate, persuasively and consultatively at all levels

- have the desire to move into a recruitment sales role and be eager to learn

- have a genuine desire to provide 'outstanding' service to both clients and candidates

- be self-motivated, positive, resilient and driven to work towards smashing set targets



Sales experience or recruitment experience would be advantageous.



Salary and benefits package



Salaries negotiable; a generous bonus system should see your first year earnings reaching at least £25,000 - over £35,000 year 2 and should continue to grow. Additional incentives + opportunity for progression.
