Our client is a market-leading, specialist recruitment company focusing on recruitment within ICT, finance and banking markets for an impressive list of Blue Chip clients across the world.
Due to the phenomenal business growth internationally, our client is on the look out for Graduates of the highest calibre to be trained as recruitment consultants for this highly prestigious organisation.
After being extensively trained on all aspects of the recruitment process and your specialist market in the UK, you will be given the opportunity to develop markets abroad, in locations such as Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Munich, New York and Paris.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and clients at senior level, both over the phone and face to face. You will need to be incredibly self-motivated, ambitious, personable and mature in your approach to work, with a clear desire to earn your commission in a competitive environment.
A 2:1 degree or above is desirable and although not essential, sales experience will be an asset.
