We are looking for a Resourcer to join our ever expanding Graduate Recruitment Team. This will be a fast track opportunity to develop your basic recruitment skills, support the leader in the market placing Graduates into Leading Recruitment companies.
The Individual
We would like to develop a Resourcer for whom being a resourcer is only the beginning! – someone who wants to progress to consultant level quickly. This individual MUST be money motivated, this is very important to us as this is fundamentally how you will be rewarded – big pay cheques!
Ideally you must be of Graduate Calibre, fluent in English and one other major European Language: Either French, German, Dutch or all three!
You must be smart, presentable, and ideally with 6-12 months B2B sales experience. You must have the right to live and work in the EU and a desire or interest in working in mainland Europe in the future.
The opportunity
You will be tasked with initially resourcing for, and subsequently placing with Major Recruitment Businesses in our network Europe-wide.
Sourcing language speaking graduates and Trainee Consultants for and delivering them to our clients’ operations in Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Berlin and beyond.
In time, having proven yourself you will have the opportunity to grow, develop and potentially lead an international team of Graduate Recruitment Consultants – potentially with a long-term view to relocate to one of these European locations.
