Customer Financial Services Rep with French
St Albans - £19,000
Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, you will be working for an international company within their finance team. Your responsibilities will include communicating with EMEA customers via phone, fax and email to obtain invoice payment, follow up on collections, processing orders, calculating renewals, negotiating maintenance fees, data entry and frequent liaison with other departments. This is a challenging and rewarding position that would suit a candidate fluent in French and English, of A-Level calibre, with excellent communication skills, a positive and mature approach to work, 2 years administrative experience ideally in an accounting environment – your IT skills should include Word, Excel and Access
