Based in light modern offices in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire this is an immediate permanent vacancy working for an international company within a multilingual team processing orders and answering queries from publishers and customers in a very busy environment. To do this you will have to have at least 6 months office based administrative/customer service experience, be confident on the telephone, work well in a team and be IT literate – full training given. Additional language skills in a European language a plus!
