Some of the world's most critical data runs on their technology and they are renowned in the financial markets, financial services, government, Telecommunications, healthcare and pharmaceutical where managing information is one of their greatest challenges.
Role: Their UK operation is responsible for research and development, European Sales and managing their customer base. A new position exists in their European sales support and admin team! You are responsible for a designated group of clients and ensure that all that all the communication to and from the clients is met within the set timeframe. You will ensure contracts are renewed and licenses are correctly uploaded on the systems. Furthermore you will be the point of contact for the sales team, customer service team or finance team. Although this is not a sales role you will benefit from previous sales experience and can potentially move into a sales position.
Skills: This is a role for a near native French or German speaker! The ideal candidate has previous background in a high volume background, is very accurate and has excellent administration skills. You are able to work under stress, have the ability to achieve and exceed targets and are a real teamplayer. A 3rd level degree if preferred although not mandatory!
