Our client is one of the worlds leading Technology companies with branches all over the world. At the moment they are still growing and are now recruiting Multilingual professionals with a fluency in either Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or Greek in combination with fluent in English for there Operations in Barcelona.
Role:
As a member of the team you are the first point of contact for the customers and responsible for the majority of customer queries, trouble shooting technical issues and order management. If in case you have to handle a more Technical issue you will responsible for the administration of the problem and following up with the correct point of contact. You also have the responsibility for identifying sales opportunities and maximise them.
Skills:
You need to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/IT or 1 year previous Call Centre experience; Customer Service, Problem Solving, Technical, and Sales skills are required. A strong knowledge in IT is essential. You need to be fluent in one of these languages Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or in Greek with fluency in English and have knowledge of the major operating systems like Microsoft and Linux are required.
