Role:
You will be joining the Dutch Customer Service team and you will be responsible for administration and using update relevant operating systems accurately so you can handle all the service requests from their Business Clients via phone and email.
Skills:
Because you will be working Business to Business environment you need to be Fluent in Dutch and English. You must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a eye for detail. 1 year experience in Customer service or in Finance sector would be an advantage.
