| Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire you will be working in a dynamic international IT company who are setting up an exciting new venture! They are creating an office based multilingual sales team to promote new products, generate and qualify leads and re-establishing relationships with lapsed customers. There is no cold calling - leads are obtained from website applications, contact made and the process progressed to closure. The role is in fact a combination of tele-qualification and account management. You will be speaking ot IT managers anbd business analysts, working to targets and providing forecast information. You will be making telephone calls for 2 - 3 hours a day, comission is guaranteed for the first 3 months and there are good incentives in addition to this! To do this you will need to be fluent in German and English, be of degree calibre, have 2 - 3 years sales/account management experience ideally in the software industry, have excellent communication skills, have lots of initiative, able to work as part of a team but equally well on your own and have a motivated and proactive approach to your work.
