The Company:
Our client, a global research organisation is looking to recruit a Contract Coordinator to join their offices in Cambridgeshire.
European languages are being an advantage (Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, Lithuanian, etc.) but not a must.
The Role:
The basic purpose of this position is to pro-actively support all activities of the Contracts team. You will assist in the generation, completion and execution of contracts with the aim of maximising productivity and generally contributing to the high quality output of the team. This will involve taking a leading role to ensure the completion of various administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile:
Experience within an administrative or secretarial, ideally legal environment is fundamental. You will need first class communication skills and proven ability to manage workload in a variety of settings against difficult deadlines. Furthermore, sound planning and coordination skills are essential and so are very good IT skills (particularly MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Internet).
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position will be £18,000 to £20,000pa. benefits include 24 days paid holiday, life insurance cover, contributory pension scheme, employee stock purchase system, discounted gym membership, 24/7 employee helpline.
