Company: Our client is one of the world�s leading Outsourcing companies supporting their European Customer Service and IT clients from their European support centre in Ireland. They have 300+ people supporting customers from all over Europe on a wide range of projects and due to increased business are now seeking additional IT support technicians to join their team.
New positions exist for Romanian IT professionals to join their Irish IT team supporting their Romanian customers on software, hardware, networking issues.
Role: As part of their European technical support team you will support Romanian-speaking customers on a variety of inbound calls requiring you to troubleshoot their IT issues. You will take between 30-65 calls per day that will require you to troubleshoot customer queries.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess EU citizenship and speak fluent Romanian and fluent English. Previous IT experience in PC applications, hardware, software, networking or other support experience is required.
