Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire you will be working for an international market leader within a multilingual team. You will be reporting fto the European Financial Controller and the role includes preparation of monthly accounts and ensuring the integrity of the German set of books. In addition your responsibilities will include balance sheet reconciliations, maintenance of fixed asset register, preparation of VAT returns and the calculation of monthly commissions. To do this you will have to be fluent in German and English, be a fully qualified accountant with knowledge of German accounting, be able to work to deadlines, be a good team player with first class communication and problem solving skills
