Our client, a large multinational is presently recruiting for fluent Estonian speakers to work as Customer Service Representatives in their busy and fast paced Call Centre.
The role will involve taking calls from clients, resolving their queries and problems and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will speak fluent Estonian as well as fluent English, have previous experience in dealing with customers and be enthusiastic and proactive.
