Their European customer service HQ is in Dublin and provides support to 15 European countries and 500,000 customers. This state-of-the-art facility has grown from strength to strength and a new project has created many new opportunities for French speakers.
Role: Opportunities now exist to support their Dutch customer service team based in Dublin. This team is responsible for managing calls, faxes and emails from their Dutch customers. As a member of the Dutch team you will liaise with Dutch and English speaking customers, colleagues and managers to deliver a great service solution.
Skills: Ideally you will be native-level fluent in Dutch with very good English strong administration background and detailed customer service experience via telephone or face-to-face is an advantage.
