They have 300+ people supporting customers from all over Europe on a wide range of projects and due to increased business are now seeking additional IT support technicians to join their team.
New positions exist for Romanian-speaking professionals to join their Irish IT team supporting their Romanian customers on software and hardware issues.
Role: As part of their European technical support team you will support Romanian-speaking customers on a variety of inbound calls. You will take between 30-65 calls per day that will require you to troubleshoot customer queries.
Skills: To be considered for this role you need to speak fluent Romanian and English. Previous IT experience in PC applications, hardware, software, networking or other support experience is an advantage.
