Company: Our client is a leading US Pharmaceutical company with operations in over 30 countries worldwide. They have 2 Shared Services Centres in Ireland and are supporting their internal and external customers from these centres.
Role: They are currently looking for dedicated and experienced German and Dutch customer service coordinators for their multi-cultural contact centre. You will be responsible for many different tasks and can therefore develop the success of the company. You will be working with their Business Clients and ensure optimum customer service. Moreover you will be responsible for order management, complaint handling, billing and regular contact with suppliers. So this is a varied role that does not only include taking calls from customers!
Skills: Ideal candidates will have at least one year experience in a contact centre. Customer Service is not just a job for you; it is a way of life! You are a good communicator and have excellent writing skills. Furthermore you are able to act quickly and solve problems like they have never existed! A near native fluency in German or Dutch together with excellent English is required for this role!
