An International Airline is currently looking for a confident individual to provide Secretarial assistance to the General Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Handling correspondence, day to day typing, manning direct-line phones, taking messages, filing and other ad-hoc duties
Assist with preparation for high profile meetings when requested by Management
Collect and escort General Manager's visitors to relevant office
Liaising with offices abroad
Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary
Candidates must have excellent writing skills and be PC literate including Word, Excel and Outlook. Fluency in Persian is a must. Previous experience within a similar role is a must.
