We are LEGO Direct. Our European Contact Centre based in Slough handles over 1,000,000 contacts a year across 18 European countries in 13 languages.
We presently have 4 teams of multi lingual advisors handling inbound calls and emails/letters from consumer across Europe. We are a consumer services and sales environment and strive for every consumer contact to be a ‘premium’ experience.

We are just 20 mins from Paddington by train, and the office is a short walk from Slough station, although we do provide a free shuttle bus service from Slough station to the office too - see we told you we were a great place to work!

Performance Coaches are the team managers responsible for all first-line aspects of Performance Management and Coaching within LEGO Direct.
They are focused on activities that will result in an improvement to our Business Unit key result areas – Budget, Sales and Service Levels whilst continuing to ensure that the service we offer is Fun, Reliable, Knowledgeable and Engaging every time.
They utilise their Coaching and Leadership skills to create a sense of ownership and accountability of areas for improvement and a spirit of team work and followership in their team members.
The vacancy is for Performance Coach of a team that handles predominantly Nordic calls and correspondence. The role holder must have a good command of Danish, be fluent in English and have a proven track record in team and performance management, and coaching.
The role holder will have a strong commercial awareness and understand the need to balance quality with efficiency. They will be able to take ownership of the performance targets and must apply the required technical and professional knowledge to work in order to make informed decisions. They must demonstrate a high degree of competence in using appropriate processes, approaches and tools to carry out the requirements of the position. Must seek to sustain and develop technical and professional skills and knowledge to ensure the best contribution possible is made to the LEGO Company.
Pay, Hours and Benefits
Normal working hours are 37.5 per week (during which various shifts operate) with occasional, optional overtime being available. Some weekend work will be required during certain times of the year. We require a commitment from all our staff and managers to remain flexible with regards to shift patterns, and in return we will take individual shift preferences into account whenever possible and practicable. LEGO Direct offers a starting salary of up to £25,000 per annum. This is a permanent role.
