Role: You are responsible to make sure customers are in total compliance with licence agreement as set out with our client. On a daily basis you work closely with the customers to ensure their systems are up to date according to agreements. Therefore you will communicate with customers and internal departments like the sales-team and tech-support.
Skills: You will need experience in supporting customers and have 2 or more years experience in business administration. If you have some technical knowledge then this will be a distinct advantage. Keywords are: eye for organisation, excellent communicator, detailed, customer focused and assertiveness. You need to be native Russian and have fluent English.
