The Company:
Our client is an extremely fast growing company in the Tourism sector, and due to rapid expansion, they are currently looking to recruit an outstanding Customer Service Representative fluent in Japanese. The position will be based in their office in Cambridgeshire.
The Role:
The overall aim of the position will be to provide excellent customer service and act as the main contact for clients in the UK and Japan. You will be nurturing relationships in order to maximise business. The role will be responsible for providing a telephone-based support service for customers from the Japanese market and will include the following key responsibilities.
-manage relationships with the clients.
-answer any incoming queries and taking orders in a customer-friendly, timely and professional manner, applying problem-solving skills.
-manage relationships with the clients.
-ensure that all appropriate paperwork is completed.
-translate and proofread documents if necessary.
-Initial administration resulting from customer calls.-assist the Finance team to deal with invoicing or cash collection issues or queries by acting as main point of contact with the client.
Candidate Profile:
You would have a passion for customer service and have excellent telephone manner. Good PC literacy, and the ability to work individually are required, and previous customer service experience would be a good advantage. The successful candidate would have a passion for helping clients and be able to multi task. Experience from the tourism or hospitality sector could be an advantage. Fluency to a mother tongue level in Japanese along with excellent English is required.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for the role is negotiable, depending on calibre and experience. The company offers a fantastic benefits package and offer the little extra to you as an employee. Including incentives such as individual and company bonus and trips. You will also be provided with full training for the position. This is a part time role and you will be working Monday to Friday 6.00pm to 10.00pm and 1 weekend/month.
