Company: Our client is the worlds leading Technology companies with over 10,000 staff and customers in 100+countries. They are looking for Technical Support agents bilingual German / Polish to work in Munich.
Role: As a member of their European IT Support team you will support German / Polish speaking customers on their products and technologies. You will be part of their global support team supporting clients across EMEA and providing overflow for 2nd line support. Furthermore you provide sales support as well as order management. This role brings you the best from both senior customer support as well as 2nd line technical support!
Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Previous Call Centre experience or Technical Support is mandatory and a strong knowledge in IT is essential. You need to be near native German and Polish with an excellent level of English. Stuck in your current role? This is your solution!
