They have over 10,000 staff supporting some of the world’s leading companies in customer support, IT Support, financial service, shared service and sales support. Their European outsourcing team supports 15 countries in Europe.
Role:
New opportunities exist as Transaction Specialist in Dublin for Danish, Norwegian and Swedish speakers to join the Customer Service team. This position involves dealing with different teams and all levels of management.
Skills:
The ideal candidate has to be fluent in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish. Good customer skills, typing, word processing and database knowledge is necessary in order to support customers. Previous experience in customer service and in Business Administration or Finance is a clear advantage.
