Company: Our client is an international outsourcing company that has been providing high quality Technical Support to their global client base for more than 25 years. Their core business is supporting high-tech companies in the IT, ISP & software markets to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Belgium.
Role: As a member of their technical support team you will work on a dedicated project team supporting customers from connectivity and installation issues to general customer services questions. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of 6 months customer facing experience with excellent phone manners and good communication skills. Knowledge of IT support (Win OS, TCP/IP, Win 2003/2003, Networking) through detailed studies may be acceptable for IT roles. In addition you will need to be native fluent in Danish and English.
