The Company:



Our client is a major European company and they are currently recruiting for a Customer Service advisor, to work within their European centre, based in Warwickshire.



The Role:



The position will be involve dealing with a large number of inbound calls and emails from customers in England. You will also be registering clients on the website, awarding the clients with bonuses, security checking them, managing billing issues, dealing with any technical issues and above all making sure that the clients enjoy themselves on the site!



Candidate Profile:



Candidates must have an excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a knowledge of a Windows working environment.



Salary/Additional Information:



The basic salary for the role will be between £15000 - £18000. The rota will be based on shift work from 8am to Midnight which includes working 1 weekend in every 2 based on a 37.5 hour week from 8am-4pm/4pm-Midnight but on the weekend you will work 8am till midnight (only 1 day). Good company benefits offered including 22 days holiday, pension and healthcare.
