Company: Our client is a global leading company providing state of the art high tech products. Founded 40 years ago, they have developed into a leading multinational with over 50,000 employees worldwide and they are still growing. Their European customer and shared service centre is located in Cork.
Role: New positions exist for Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian Consumer Relations Executives based in Cork. This will involve dealing with existing customers that have had product issues and providing them with advice and solution regarding the company’s products and services.
Skills: To be considered for the role you need to have previous customer service experience, good communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in call centre, customer service is required and fluent Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian is required as you will be servicing market.
