Our global client based in Leeds is currently seeking a Credit Control/Finance Assistant with fluency in at least one Eastern European language to join their expanding team.
Main duties will include invoice processing, monitoring of credit limits, general financial administration and support of the sales & administration team for Eastern Europe.
The successful candidate will deal with multiple clients across various countries and must be highly aware of Eastern European business cultures and business etiquette.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a strong credit control and financial administration focus. You will be a team player by nature with excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines. Ideally, you will have a financial qualification or relevant degree (or equivalent). You must be fluent in English (to native standard) as well as at least one Eastern European language (Polish, Czech, Slovak and/or Hungarian are preferred but will also consider Bulgarian, Romanian and/or Slovenian).
