My client, the European HQ of one of the world's largest telecommunications companies, requires an enthusiastic bi-lingual Japanese and English speaking professional for an entry level role in a fun IT service desk team. This is a one year rolling contract.
Your role will be working on first and second line support of Servers, desktops, and other devices, supporting customers by telephone, email, remote or on-site. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial; however my client is keen to invest time and effort in training, so language skills, strong communication, and a technical aptitude are the only key requirements.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level, graduate-calibre candidate with a technical background or a desire to get into an IT role.
