Our client is a world class provider of service to domestic and international customers in the travel industry. They now have an exciting opportunity within their team. The role is based in Kent and you would need to speak fluent English, French and/or Flemish.
The Role:
The overall aim of the position will be to act as the first main contact for the customers and maximise sales whilst providing excellent service. The position will include the following key responsibilities.
-Your main role will be assisting customers with sales and customer service.
-Respond to customer's enquiries via phone or email in English, French or Flemish.
-Identify sale opportunities.
-Adhere to defined service level agreements.
-Capture customer feed back and communicate information to managers
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
-Receive and process orders for products and services.
Candidate Profile:
-Candidates must be fluent in English and French and/or Flemish.
-Previous experience of working in a target driven sales or service environment would be highly beneficial.
-Accustomed to meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
-Sales experience would be an advantage.
-Proficient in the use of MS Office, Internet and web based functions.
-Awareness of technical terminology.
-Good communication skills.
-Excellent trouble shooting skills.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for the role will be around £13,500. The contact centre will be opened from 8.00am-9.00pm Monday to Fridays and close earlier on Saturday and Sundays. The company also have a great benefits package.
