Description:
Client: Our client is a leader in B2C online sales with operations across the world. Everyday over €100m is bought and sold on their site and they are constantly expanding their reach to new territories. Their European customer service operation is based in Dublin and is responsible for managing their online customer base for 21 countries.
Role: They have rolled out a new service to their Greek speaking customer that has seen huge success. They now need to hire a Greek speaking team leader to join their company and assist in managing the growth and support of this service.
As part of their European contact centre management team you will be responsible for managing 10-20 customer support agents, managing their workload, conducting one to ones and reporting on key performance indicators for the Greek team.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have proven contact Team Lead experience and fluent Greek. 1-2 years experience of working in an International customer service role with reporting requirements and managing customer service operations is necessary.
