Our client, an enterprise software and services company based in Maidenhead is currently recruiting for a one year maternity cover. They are currently in need of a Norwegian speaker to support their Nordic team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for maximising support renewals revenues and customer satisfaction for the Nordic team and ensuring the renewal process is adhered to in a smooth and timely fashion.
Your main responsibilities will:
-resolving any queries, preparing new quotations and ensuring the renewal is completed prior to the expiry date of the license.
-planning your workload to ensure 90 day quote cycle for customers in a designated region
-generating and distributing accurate support renewal quotes and renewal sales orders to existing customer base in your territory
-maintaining and updating the database ensuring data is accurate
Candidate Profile:
You will be fluent in Norwegian as well as English to support the Nordics team. Ideally you have experience in sales support, sales, customer service or contract administration combined with the ability to recognise revenue opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication and solid numerical skills are essential. The applicant will have to be diplomatic and tactful in order to deal with sensitive customer issues. IT skills especially in Word and Excel are fundamental and a basic understanding of database applications and software maintenance contracts is advantageous.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position is up to £23,000 plus a 25% bonus (based on team performance) and outstanding benefits
