The Company:
Our client, a worldwide outsourcing company that provides a complete range of front - to back-office outsourced solutions is currently recruiting for an Estonian or Finnish speaker to join their team in Belfast/Northern Ireland.
The Role:
This role is all about being supportive, understandable and confident.
You will deal with first line end user and other queries; however you do not need to be an automotive expert to be successful. If you have got the right attitude, the company will give you the training and fill in all the gaps in your knowledge.
- Giving excellent customer service to both end-customers and car dealership staff calling in for information or advice.
- Carrying out administrative tasks relating to customers you have helped using the customer management systems.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in written and spoken in Estonian or Finnish and English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but more important is your attitude towards work.
- Strong PC skills, able to work well with all main MS Office packages.
- GCSE Math's and English or equivalent.
Salary/Additional Information:
Basic salary £13,520 (GBP) per annum, plus performance related bonuses of up to 15% (paid monthly) if results are as requested you can make £2028 extra a year on top of basic salary.
Hours of work are 40 per week. 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. You may be required to cover Saturdays on a rotational basis, if required you will work 10am to 4pm on the Saturday and will get an alternative day off during the week.
The company also offers relocation support of €150 and accommodation for first 4 nights provided in a city centre hotel for employees relocating to the UK. Other benefits include free private health insurance, free on-site parking, staff discount scheme and on-site canteen.
