Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Dublin.
Role: As a member of their inbound IT and customer service team you will provide customers with specific information about high-tech products. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests as a part of the sales process. You will join the Nordic team on a dynamic and international environment.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of 1 year customer service experience with excellent phone manner and good communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft platform, Hardware and Software is an advantage. You need to speak Norwegian or Swedish at a native level with excellent English language skills.
