Well established fashion company has an exciting opportunity for a customer service executive to join their busy team.
This is a very demanding role and previous expereince in a customer service role is desirable.
Duties will include:
• Provide a high standard of service for customers
• Evaluate customer issues or requests outside of normal business practices and provide resolution. Make recommendations regarding solutions for extraordinary customer situations.
• Coordinate efforts with the National Sales Manager and sales staff. Provide accurate and timely information in relation to customer status/orders, inventory, product information and samples
