Professional and service-minded contact to internal and external customers. Answer frequently asked questions and provide information to allow efficient and smooth business operations.
Requirements
* » Requesting documents from internal or external customers
* » Review of documents if correct and complete
* » Clearance of customers within RSP
* » Handling of document returns (such as incomplete or non-valid documents)
* » Credit items to customers
* » Archiving customer related documents
* » Electronic (digital) customer file
* » Provide NIF-numbers per customer & serviced country
* » Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
* » Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and service minded manner
* » Answer FAQ on telephone and e-mail with reference to NE and NIP product to internal and external customers
* » Strictly follow ERS Policy & Procedure Manual
* » Identify and report deviations ERS Policy & Procedure Manual to Line Manager
Any other task and duty within ERS as agreed with Line Manager
