Requirements:
• Life science degree (medical or paramedical field is preferred)
• At least 18 months experience as a Clinical Research Associate / Monitor in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Pharmaceutical company
• Good organizational skills with ability to work diligent, accurate and under pressure, alone or as part of a team
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Tools)
• Curiosity and willingness to improve skill set (self training)
• Good communication skills
• Prepared to travel locally and internationally (at least 50% of working time)
• Fluency in Lithuanian/Latvian/Estonian and English, both written and spoken
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
•Reporting directly to the Project Manager
•On-site monitoring
•Regulatory and ethics submissions
•In-house monitoring
•Study tracking
•Support of the Trial Leaders and Project Managers
