Role: Opportunities now exist for Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Flemish, Dutch, French, Swiss German, speakers at their Belfast operations centre to support their European customer base. As a member of the technical support or customer service team you will work on specific client projects delivering world-class solutions. Present opportunities are for entry-level professionals who are keen to gain experience in a company that will provide excellent training and a platform from which you can start your customer service/technical support career.
Skills: Ideally you will be native-level fluent Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Flemish, Dutch, French, Swiss German, with excellent English. Experience of working with customers via telephone or face-to-face is an advantage.
