This position is accountable for the operation and delivery of an assigned service line/language team across multiple clients. The position ensures quality of service is maintained, client targets are met and opportunities are developed to maximize revenue
Key responsibilities may include:
- Financial reporting, both periodic and ad hoc
- Coordination of tasks held by Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury
- Releasing prepayments
- Ensuring payroll journal is posted correctly
- Control of intercompany reconciliation process
- Ensuring that service provision meets KPI
Qualifications
- Fluent Estonian
- Very good English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Master degree in accountancy, economics or finances
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting (General Ledger would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of local GAAPs, SAP as well as SOX and control and reporting standards - will be an advantage
- Excel and word skills would be an advantage
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
