Our client, a global leader in the Electronics market are looking to recruit Tech Support staff for their call cente in Cork.
These positions are immediate with a start date towards the middle of May.
They are looking to recruit Norwegian native candidates, to provide technical support and customer service to customers.
The successful candidates will be required to follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as quickly and effectively as possible, recognise more complex problems and escalate accordingly.
Requirements
To provide basic to moderately complex support to customers on the companys products, systems, peripherals and software
Logging of calls from customers onto an their database and following escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues.
To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all of the clients customers and show empathy for the customers at all times
Be a native language speaker as appropriate with fluent English
Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator
Have strong organisational and administrative skills
Experience is not essential but previous expereince in an IT Tech Support or Customer Services role wold be an advantage
Previous call centre experience
Minimum Leaving Certificate or similar High School certification
