The Company:
Our client is an International company with clients across the globe. They are currently recruiting for French or Dutch or German or Spanish speaking customer support agents. The company is based in Belfast.
The Role:
The position will involve dealing with a large number of inbound calls and emails from customers in France, Holland, Germany or Spain, wishing to receive information about products, get technical assistance and process orders. You will also support the other departments when necessary and be dealing with a wide range of customer service queries, ensuring the company is promoted with every customer contact.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in French or Dutch or German or Spanish along with excellent English with a keen interest for technical products, computers or MSN. Excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a knowledge of a Windows working environment.
