We require people who can develop with us and contribute to the company’s success. We are well established, highly successful, growing, specialist search and selection organisation focussed on mid-tier executive roles within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Our success is built upon a team based ethos, supporting each other to achieve personal targets, the company's goals and expansion plans.
This ethos has delivered incredible results and our business is expanding rapidly under a highly experienced management team. Our European team is seeking new consultants to expand the existing group; we cover central western and emerging Europe from Central London and from our local country based offices.
Your primary duties:
As a Research Consultant, you will be nurtured to become a highly skilled and qualified research professional. You will develop your sales and communication skills, commercial acumen and business credibility as we identify your strengths and fast track your career. Your achievements will be reflected in our attractive remuneration package.
On a day to day basis you will work as part of a team involved in all aspects of researching. Working in a target driven sales capacity you will locate, attract and liaise between candidates looking for work and our consultants who deal with Hays Pharma’s clients who are seeking to employ staff.
You will receive one-to-one and group training to perform all of the following tasks to a high standard:
► Developing local market knowledge in European territories and pharmaceutical industry knowledge to an expert level.
► Researching new territories using our in-house research methods.
► Identifying and targeting leads by telephone and email to qualify them and initiate potential business relationships.
► Name-gathering & headhunting potential candidates.
► Screening and qualifying candidates against suitable opportunities.
► Consulting with our Consultants over recruitment project delivery; timescales, job descriptions and interviews.
► Providing continual support to Consultants and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure high conversion ratios.
► Developing communication and commercial skills to present the company, and manage complex pan-European delivery.
Once you have been through a thorough induction and initial training programme you will be part of a team involved in all aspects of recruitment on a day to day basis, in a target driven sales capacity. You will receive one-to-one and group training to develop your performance across all of the necessary recruitment competencies to a high standard.
