Role: As a member of their customer support team you will work on a dedicated project and provide customers with specific information about high-tech devices, hardware and software. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests on high quality products and services. You will join one of their country teams (Benelux) in a dynamic and international environment based in Amsterdam.
Skills: The ideal candidates will be customer oriented with an interest in electronic gadgets. Only native-level Italian speakers will be considered, as this role requires supporting business customers. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
