Company: Our client is a major Technology company with offices in EMEA, Asia & the United States. They provide their customers with technology and people solutions so that customers can manage their customers, finance and IT operations more effectively. Having seen huge growth in their service offering they are now looking to hire additional staff to join their International operation in Dusseldorf.
Role: As a member of their Portuguese technical support team, you will work as part of a dedicated project team, supporting customers with a range of software and product related queries. As part of their European technical support team you will support Portuguese customers taking between 30-60 calls per day and responding to customer emails to resolve IT issues.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 years technical support experience and speak fluent Portuguese. Candidates with detailed knowledge of PC applications, hardware, software, and networking are preferred. Knowledge of Windows NT, 98, XP, Workstation and server, TCP/IP and network security will be needed.
