Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and understand business performance and identify main drivers and barriers.
Advice affiliates on sales and marketing key decision (targeting, FF sizing, etc).
Support affiliates in the execution phase through ad hoc local project.
Coordinate the business review meetings between corporate and affiliates.
Coordinate the budget process with affiliates.
Review and approve affiliates' marketing plans.
Assure consistency between global product positioning and affiliates implementation.
Contribute to develop the governance framework between corporate and affiliates.
The above activities refer mainly to European markets.
To accomplish the tasks the Business Advisor will leverage on the support of the Global Business Knowledge Team and the Global Corporate Medical Marketing Team.
Requirements:
•Degree in economic/business, or science degree with proven business/marketing track record.
•3/5 years experience in Clinical in the same role in a pharmaceutical company or in roles, such as Product Manager/Strategic Marketing at international level
•Good organizational skills with ability to work diligent, accurate and under pressure, alone or as part of a team
•Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of the pharmaceutical market and relevant methods for data analysis and main databases.
•Excellent communication skills
•Happy to travel locally and internationally. Long transfer may be required.
•Fluency in English, both written and spoken. A second European language would be an advantage, Italian is preferred.
