An exciting and challenging opportunity has opened for an organised and enthusiastic Client Support Analyst to work with the Operations team for a market-leading securities firm.
Client Support Analysts work to ensure the high-level of services expected by clients across the range of Derivative and Fixed Income products is delivered. You will be responsible for reconcilaitions, trade book checking and monitoring trades on a daily basis, whilst maintaining the highest level of client support.
Key tasks will include reconciling settlement details for Derivatives and Repo transactions, checking trade and settlement details for Fixed Income Trades, and liaising with Japanese clients, counterparties, and the Front Office teams.
You must have experience of financial institutions and knowledge of Derivatives or Fixed Income Trades. You will be keen to learn on the job, be an excellent communicator in both English and Japanese, and be highly motivated.
Experience of Swift and Fixed Income Settlements such as Euro Clear, Fed Wire etc would be advantageous.
