Company: Our client is a global leading provider of security software and services. They have global partnerships with major IT companies and their clients are well known companies all across Europe. Their European support centre is located in the London area.
Role: As Technical Support Representative you will be providing first and second line support. Through E-mail and telephone you will have to troubleshoot current technical issues on company’s product or assess by your expertise and experience the technical level of the customer’s inquires. You will be asked to provide support for our client’s software programs and you will have reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor.
Skills: At least 2 year experience is required in technical support and ideally a degree in IT. Kknowledge on mail-technology in general (SMTP/IMAP/POP), knowledge on Networking & TCP/IP, experience with different OS/Servers, SQL, Exchange, ISA, Win 2000/2003 server, DNS, Security-awareness. MCSA/MCSE certifications are an advantage. You will speak native level German and fluent English.
