A very dynamic company specializing in providing management software solutions for medium sized businesses (order management, salary management, human resources, finance) is currently working on the new generation of its HR / Salary software programme manager (people and salary management).
Hence, they are looking for a new:
HR / salary software program manager
St Gallen
I this position, you will
-be the central point between the clients, the support teams and the developers
-be responsible for the global definition of the software, including specifications, business cases, etc.. in relation with our partners and our customers
-be in charge of the global testing process
-provide new improvements ideas
-present your project internally and externally
Your profile
-you have several years (3-5) experience in a HR position
-you have got an excellent understanding of the HR issues
-you are gifted with an entrepreneurial state of mind
-you are a very good team player, you enjoy meeting people and you are very open minded
-you are interested in technologies without being a developer yourself
-you want to join a successful company and bring your own additional value
-you speak Swiss German and French
