Responsibilities -
* § Prepare and consolidate the monthly and quarterly cash flow forecast(s);
* § Improve procedures for cash forecasting and budgeting as part of team project in 2008;
* § Manage the group funds and foreign currencies;
* § Review daily cash pool forecast for PHE accounts;
* § Provide backup for preparation of the weekly cash forecast including some territories and consolidation;
* § Assist in finishing the transfer of subsidiary bank accounts to Viacom preferred banks including implementation of new banking systems and provide training;
* § Improvement of Treasury processes and documentation of procedures;
* § Assist AP users with electronic banking, SAP payment procedure and payment problems;
* § Maintain withholding tax certificates;
* § Administration of letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees;
* § Organize special payments for head office companies (Dutch taxes, royalty, loans, special funding...);
* § Consolidate and Review monthly bank reconciliations;
* § Provide backup for quarterly SOX testing (bank access rights);
* § System Administrator for various bank systems;
* § Analyze bank charges;
* § Maintain good relations with various banks;
* § Provide backup for (internal) auditors;
* § Provide back up to Treasury Manager;
* § Supervise the Treasury Assistant
Requirements
Qualifications -Third level education with accounting/finance specialization (HBO BE)
Experience - Experience in finance position with multi-national business (i.e. banks or back office, dealing department experience, corporate treasury) is required; Computer systems knowledge/experience essential with preference for individuals with SAP knowledge; affinity with computer software is a plus.
Language Skills - Fluent English (written and oral) and preferably Dutch language (reading and oral); preference for candidates with more than one European language;
Personal Skills - Ability to work under pressure; accurate; integrity to work with confidential information.
