Job description
The ideal candidate feels responsible for the execution of the entire customer process, from the moment an order is placed to taking care of after sales service. He/she guarantees the quality of our supply chain and are in contact with key accounts, sales colleagues and manufacturing sites.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a (educational) background in business, preferably Customer Service. Experience with Oracle is considered an advantage. He/she has a positive outlook on dealing with customers and knows how to organize the work. Enjoys working in an international team, which requires a good command of English, both conversational and written.
Since the candidate will be working for the French Martket, fluent/native French is required.
