Software Support Specialist (French, German, Italian)
My client, a Leading Provider of Simulation & Modeling Software to the Defence, Aeronautical and Automotive industries is looking for a Software Support Specialist to join their Swindon offices.
With a knowledge of C++ and 3D graphics, you'll be liaising with clients to offer technical solutions to software related problems.
Clients will be from the military, aerospace, automotive and simulation industries - so any sort of knowledge or background in these areas would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical solutions to software problems
- Liaise with Product Development to escalate product issues
- Work with Product Development to offer improvements and enhancements to products
Skills:
- C++ knowledge
- Experience with 3D graphics (embedded graphics)
- Any experience with simulation or modeling software a strong advantage
- A background in Aeronautical Engineering industry advantageous
- Candidates should speak either French, German or Italian as they will be dealing with European clients.
