Our client, a leader in its field with global presence, is currently seeking candidates with fluent Romanian to join their busy team based in Leeds.
The main purpose is to grow the existing customer base in Eastern Europe, maintaining relationships and delivering service excellence at all times, whilst achieving specific sales targets. Main duties will be: Proactive telemarketing to new and existing customers; developing/maintaining customer & prospect databases; following up of quotations; maintaining service levels; co-ordinating marketing campaigns in liaison with Area Managers; translation of basic marketing promotions; ad hoc duties as required.
To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in English & Romanian, with knowledge and understanding of the Romanian culture and business. You must have previous telesales or customer facing experience and be used to working in a target driven environment. Excellent telephone manner, PC literacy and self motivation are essential. You will a team player by nature with good organisational skills and the ability to build strong business relationships across all levels.
